In this practical, i am going to understand how a keylogger works. There are 2 type of keylogger, hardware and software. Keylogger works by recording keystrokes from your keyboard. For now, i will try out the software keylogger.

"Tick", always run to ignore the start time of application. Run the keylogger by clicking "Active/Start".

At this moment the keylogger will start to cloak itself from being seen. Anything i typed out will be recorded in the software keylogger log. Before viewing the log, deactivate the keylooger software first. Click "View your logs", as i typed a random e-mail, that e-mail is then viewed in the keylogger log. Actually i typed out a fake e-mail and a fake password, the password is not shown as i am using a trail version. The trail version only let us record a short number of letters, in-order to view every word typed out is to get the full version or find another source.
